Subwoofer and amp question?

Hey ii Have a 05 Honda Accord im planning on adding some subwoofers...I already have a 50wattX4 pioneer sterio head unit..My question is i would like to buy (2) 12" SONY XPLOD Subwoofers which are 1300W Peak Power each..SO wut kind of amp should i use to make it sound to its best potiencial? or would i need (2) amps?

the best bet for an amplifier would be two kenwood (Kac-9104d) that is if you wanted to use the Sony's i have seen two of those Sony's in a Honda accord and it sounded pretty good. they were using an older kenwood amplifier but the 9104d is the equivalent.

High Quaity Amp with 400watts RMS will do good. Go for Sony Xplod monoblock Amp.

I would be able to give a better recommendation if you gave the RMS rating for the subs. The peak rating seems to be more of a marketing tool to me.
