Carver Surround 5.1 speaker set-up with Harman Kardon AVR 147 receiver has single RCA-type subwoofer output. Subwoofer has dual-right/left RCA input and output connections OR speaker terminals. HK suggested using a Y connector for RCA connection Any issues with this set-up? Thanks
