im finna get a 10'' solo baric L5 for $160 and wanna know if theyre if any good and are L7's better and if so how much more.

i just wanna know if they are over rated and just c**p like that

it says 900w peak how much absolte watts is it kus i know theres like 2 wasy of sayin watts ones at peak and whats the other

There's no huge differences between the L5 and the L7. The L5 is essentially a cheaper, less powerful L7.  It all comes down to how much money you want to spend.  The absolute power is something you can pretty much disregard what you need to really look at is the RMS wattage because that tells you how much continuous power the sub can handle. The RMS for a 10'' L5 is 450 watts so your gonna need to match your amps RMS pretty closely with that.  Your amp isn't going to need to be much more powerful than that  because Ebay is full of refurbed solobarics that people put just a little to much power into without knowing what they were doing.

go 4 l'7s they r a lil more expensive but its worth da extra 2 bump more but u had da rite idea goin wit kicker cause kicker is da $hit

kickers are very good products. 160 for a 10 inch L5 is a little much. heres a site you can get that for much cheaper.

L7's are a bit better but you will be happy with an L5.
