Subwoofer shuts off when I switch over to CD player?

Question

Recently got my subs and amp set up. Boss 400watt amp with two 10" xplodes...sounds pretty good for a cheap little setup. Anyways when I've got my stereo set to radio, everything works fine. But when I change it to CD player or AUX in for my iPod, the subs turn off. How can I fix this so that the subs will stay on for my radio, CD player, and iPod? Thanks!

Most likely is that your head unit has 2 trigger wires instead of the usual 1 and you hooked your amp remote wire to the wrong one (antenna trigger instead of amp trigger in this case)
