Subzer 550 problem

Question

i am having problems with my subzero 550 refrigerator. the freezer seems to be ok but the temp in the refrigerator temp is not cold enough,and the refrigerator door has lost its suction,it used to be tough to open the refrigerator door but since temperature problem door does not shut tight either,had a company out and the condenser was very dirty so cleaned but problem still going on,dont know if we want to sink to much money into fridge due to age,can you guys give me some ideas of what the problems could be.
