Yes.  Chances are SOMETHING you used to achieve success was made by someone else.  Even if it's just the pen you use to endorse your paychecks.  In that sense success HAS to be a group effort.

no.success may be a group activity many a time ther are certain areas where it has nothing to with groups.if a man goes alone to forest-pray god for long years-gets 'mukti'and attains his goal success fully where is the group activity in it.hence it depends on the type of activity wether it is a group or not.
