Such thing as Free Ringtones?

Okay, are there any websites that SERIOUSLY offer free ringtones without charging you anything (and I do mean free without a catch) or are they all just fake? Because all the ones I see are supposedly 'free' and then after you fill out all the information, you have to choose a phone plan and how you want to pay for it. But yeah, I just wanted to know if there is any.

yes got to myxertones.com, i use it because I can make ringtones from songs on my computer by uploading them, really all you have to do is make a profile like you have on yahoo answers or facebook, same concept. its pretty easy too u just have to be carefull about using the ones on there, its sharing files, u get ones other people have made and have from their profiles

Dont know about "Free ringtones", but i do know there are programs to either make your own or turn songs into them. I think iTunes may have a function like that.
