Spartak Moscow defender, Marek Suchy, has hailed Valery Karpin’s emotional comeback to the managerial position six months after being replaced by Unai Emery and has urged his teammates to avenge their earlier defeat against Zenit
St. Petersburg on Friday.
The Spartachi suffered a humiliating 5-0 defeat against the same opposition at Petrovsky stadium back in August while Emery was in-charge.

The Red-Whites terminated Emery’s two-year contract, after the Spanish tactician failed to live up to the expectations at Moscow, despite appointing him in place of Valery Karpin this summer.
Such welcomed the former Real Sociedad man back to the managerial position, insisting that the entire squad completely trusts Karpin to turn around the fortune of the club in the near future.
