Hi,I have a 1.5 year old Dirt Devil Vision vacuum and since I changed the filter the suction is not working. The vacuum sounds normal, but there is no dust in the dirt container after I vacuum the carpet. The filter is clean, even after I use the vacuum for 30 minutes or more. Do you have any idea how I could fix it? thank you in advance,Ana
