  1. stress and change in environment and life style. oh, and some women never grow out the puberty period. :)

  2. Lots of different reasons: a sudden on-come of stress, diet, makeup not being not washed off properly, a woman's ever-changing hormones. It is adult acne and is treated different than adolescent acne. If there is an ongoing problem with these flairs, than seek a dermatologists advice or check your local shopping center for adult acne products (which usually contain sulfur in the ingredients.)

  3. Since there is not one solitary cause of acne, there could be a plethora of reasons.  Pinning down one reason can be time consuming and frustrating.

I always recommend washing your pillow cases.  Sometimes, in the busy female lives of ours, we forget simple things like this.  I would also say to try and remember any changes in your regular diet, make up, facial products, and daily skin regime.

    Hope that helps.
