Have a history of migraines but this is not a headache - it's a sudden neck pain. Recently had a MRA w/ good results & caratoid arteries are clear and brain flow is good. Why all of a sudden am I having difficulty with pain in neck especially on left side w/ trouble moving neck from left to right?

I also am a migraine sufferer for about 10 years now and for th epast year or more I have also been having the neck issue.  As a matter of fact I had to leave work today because it was so bad.  The whole lower part of my face feels numb also.  My neurologist says ity is all just part of the migraine package.  I have gotten a lot of relief thru a chiropractor though but it is temporary at best
