I recently turned 25 and have noticed that I've put on a few pounds (which I am okay with; I could stand to gain a few pounds!). It seems like each day I've weighed myself for the past week, I've gained a pound or so. I eat 2 cups of pasta every night for supper, eat 2 or 3 sandwiches for lunch (been doing this for several months). My fiance and I were very...."active" lol, but things have slowed down (i.e. once or twice a week) since he hurt his back. I've been sitting around the house eating junk food, but I've always had a very high metabolism, so this sudden weight gain has me a little concerned. I'm still about 3 weeks from my period.
