Sudden white flash.?

when i was already half asleep (there was something in me that wants to sleep but something keeps me awake.),

i was waiting for my gf to text me back goodnight. when my cellphone rang, right before i open my eyes, there was a sudden white flash as fast as a blink of an eye...????

I think I've had this happen to me before.... Your cell startled you when your body least expected it - even though you were expecting the ring. Your mind is sort of contradicting itself; knowing you need to rest, and forcing it upon you while you're trying to fight it.

When I had stood up to stretch one time... I felt this sudden white flash and my body was sooo relaxed while I saw the white flash that I almost fell. All my nerves in my muscles were so stimulated by the stretch that it was almost like they fell asleep - and pain wasn't a matter.
