Suddenly, without explanation i am banned from playing pool. no violation that i know of maybe because i won?

I tried to say above that for some unknown reason i have been banned from yahoo pool. no violation that i know of - just learning - how do i reinstate or find out what happened. maybe i beat someone too often?
