Also i dont eat very much, yet i gain weight, do you think its all the sugar making me put on the weight and if i cut down, i would stick to a certain weight, Thanks.

  1. Yes, the sugar is definitely making you gain weight, especially going through one bag every 2-3 days! Maybe you should try an alternative to tea, or just try a sugar sweetener, or just add less sugar to your tea. All of the sugar is probably the cause of your upset stomach. Layoff the sugar and tea for a few days.

  2. It's not only making you feel sick, love, it's preventing your eating properly - it's also putting you on the road to diabetes.

Don't go in for sweeteners, though, do a detox - under professional guidance! This will re-educate your taste, and you'll end up eating well.

Tea at night - tea contains theobromine, which is a bit like caffeine, and is not a good thing in the quantities you describe.

    Go and see someone asap!

    Good luck!

  3. yes i think you should deffinately try another sugar like substance such as stevia. and the sugar is probably the thing that is making you gain weight and feel sick..

  4. Is It A Synthetic Or Substitute Sugar This Could Be Bad In The Future For You Also It Is Like Drinking Diet Sodas As They Will Effect You Heart I Would Suggest Using Cane Sugar Or Brown Make Sure There Exactly Natural

  5. Yes, it is the sugar that is making you gain weight and that is also what is making you feel sick at night. I had the same problem i loved suger on corn bread but i had 2 stop it was making me gain weight and making me feel sick after.

  6. a bag every 2-3 days.  I would have to say Yes.  THat is an absurd amount of sugar.  Cut back on the sugar or cut out the tea.  1 teaspoon should be plenty to sweeten tea.  Please do not switch to sweeteners, they are even worse for you.  try also using natural sugar.  Cut back drastically.  Drink more water.
