Question:

Sugar Withdrawal > Allergic Sneezing?

I often get severe bouts of allergic like sneezing (sore throat, runny nose, red eyes). I don't know if or what I'm allergic to, maybe pollen or dust. But today was really bad, much worse than usual.

I have also been trying to give up sugar recently. Is there any connection ~ sugar withdrawal > violent sneezing / sore throat? Is it possible?

So I ate a couple of table spoonfuls of maple syrup. My sneezing seems to have subsided. Still happening, but nowhere near as bad.

Has anyone else experienced sugar withdrawal symptoms like these? Could there be a link between my allergic symptoms and sugar withdrawal?
