Sugar cookie recipe for about 200 people?

im going to a benifeit thing and want to take some cookies,help anyone?

a bar cookie sure would be easier to bake, cut, and serve to 200 people.  You know, things like brownies, lemon bars, pan chocolate chip or sugar cookies, blondies, etc.  I would not do any sugar cookies that have to be cut and rolled, not for that big of a crowd!

Sugar Cookies

INGREDIENTS

7 cups unsalted butter, room temperature

7 cups vegetable oil

7 cups granulated sugar

7 cups confectioners' sugar

14 eggs

2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon vanilla

31 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon baking soda

2 tablespoons and 1 teaspoon cream of tartar

DIRECTIONS

Combine butter or margarine, oil and sugars in large mixing bowl; mix well. Add eggs; beat 1 minute until well blended. Add vanilla; beat well. In separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda and cream of tartar; add to creamed mixture, mixing well. Drop by small teaspoonfuls on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes.
