i need a recipe for a celiac safe and totally sugar free cake. any help will be much appreciated

  1. You can substitute Splenda for sugar in just about any cake recipe.  It's especially good in cheesecake.  You can also buy sugar-free Angel Food cakes at Walmart (strawberry and plain)
