Sugarland Hippy expected to win William Hill - The Home Of Betting
Sugarland Hippy has got a solid chance of claiming the William Hill - The Home Of Betting at Newcastle in England on Tuesday, June 5, 2012. The winner of the Grade A2 event will walk away with a cash prize of £112 in the end.
The 480 metres flat race is scheduled to start at 20:19 GMT and following entries have been confirmed for it: Fagans Guest, Sugarland Hippy, Elwick Ragtag, State Lodge, Mill Minnie and Karli.
There are some extremely good runners taking part in the race, which will make the competition interesting. However, this has made it difficult to select the favourite hound, who has the skills to prevail in the end.
The bookies may have some other ideas, but the form of Sugarland Hippy suggests that he will definitely be one of the top contenders for victory. He is in decent form and has the tools to outperform his opponents at this level, thus the punters will be interested
in risking some bets on him.
The D. Spraggon’s trained hound has managed to win once out of his previous five appearances, which shows that he is carrying a nice momentum at the moment. In addition to that, his performances in other events have not been bad at all, which will give a
lot of confidence to his team and fans.
The black dog did a respectable job in his most recent race, as he claimed the third place in it. He was not given the best odds back then, but still challenged the top two finishers. However, he will need a much better show in order to take the top spot
at Newcastle today.
Sugarland Hippy is the son of Faughan Emmet out of Sugarland Bonny and was born in June 2010.
On the other hand, Fagans Guest might also manage to attract a few bets in his favour today. Although he appears to be in good shape right now, he lacks consistency, which will work against him in the end.
If everything goes in favour of the J. Fenwick’s trained hound, he will certainly manage to cause a few problems for his rivals otherwise the victory might go to someone else.
