  1. Brazilian food is generally very good. The best, in my opinion, is Rodizio (there are many in the US as well - all Brazilian). Unlimited beef, and a very tasty buffet. Another outstanding dish is feijoada - inexpensive and very good!


  2. Definitely try churrascaria, depending on budget:

    Baby Beef Rubaiyat

    or

    Estrella do Sul

    But there are several other restaurants - Sao Paulo is perhaps the gourmet capital of Brasil.  

    I liked just hitting the bars/lanchonettes for sandwiches and drinks.
