Suggest a boys name?

Question

We might name this baby Jason JR if its a boy, but I dont really want him to be a JR. Plus I want a name less common than Jason. Some names I like are

Jayden

Aiden

Carter

Kale

But I know kids with those names or names that sound alot like them, so I cant really use them. Can u suggest a boys name I might like from those? I dont want to have to name him Jason JR! Thanks!

Actually, Jayden and Aiden are much more popular than Jason right now.  Carter is slightly lower on the popularity lists.  

SSA list from 2007:

Jayden--#18 (does not include the many other spellings of Jayden)

Aiden--#27 (does not include the many other spelling of Aiden)

Carter--#80

Kale sounds like a leafy green, not a baby boy.

If you don't want to name your son "junior," just tell your husband that isn't an option for you.  Use Jason as his middle name as a compromise.

Have you considered discussing with the father about spelling the baby's name differently?  Some suggestions are:  Jaysen, Jasen, Jasin, Jaesin, Jasun, Jaycen,   My favorite would be JAYSON, then his n/n could be JAY to friends but to the parents it could be SONNY-boy.
