The idea is to bring solutions by debating on common place problems/difficulties.

Ex: Population growth, Education or Civic Administration and many other areas.

Don't you think that Yahoo Q & A is a good forum? Well dear you can discuss about anything and everything here and lot of our friends and welwishers are here to solve your problems.  There is on Mr. Civil Servant too  in this forum.
