-Invest in a big hall in decent locality, Buy indoor play stuff like small swings, see-saw, slides, Wooden block games, papers and crayons etc etc,.. and rent the place out for Kids' birthday parties.

Ask people to bring their own food, provide plates etc yourself.

Since in India people do not have huge space to entertain a lot of people at the same time this will be a good idea. Also there are halls for marriages etc but this will be like a indoor playground specifically for kids and therefor a unique idea!

You won't need much manpower for administration.. later depending how it goes you can add catering and serving food too!
