bro wait for at least 2 months because nokia is launching nokia 5320 express music it's memory can be expandable upto 8gb and main features are present and it's a new symbian platform

You can try some Nokia mobile but i am afraid the cost will exceed 12000Rs. because of the extra features you are asking for.
