    our senses are dependant mainly on sight. In the darker, our fear heightens our sensory impulses. Being unable to reach a level that satisfies our need causes a fear.

    because we would have to be aware when we couldnt see aswell when we were living outdoors so we didnt get eaten therefor we would be more onguard
