If your a Vegan forget IT ..

Eat only at restaurants you Know

???? don't use their dinning room..

Most islamic countries are strict halal...

So find a Jewish restaurant or Hotel...

Simply talk to the executive chef in the hotel restaurant and express your concerns, they will accommodate you.  Explain that no beef products extends not only to meat but also any beef broth or stock.

If it is a religous belief issue, and your Hindu, there is no problem, I worked with people in Singapore who would not even go into the btcher shop at the hotel as we cut alot of beef, in most if not all of the Arabic or Islamic countrys chicken, lamb, mutton, camel are available.

And vegetarian cuisine is very accessable, I would speak to the conceirge, or rhe Food Service manager and see how and what they offer for non meat or beef eating patrons, we did that in Singapore.
