  1. I believe it's usually not a good thing to do. Back in the 90's when the tech industy was flourishing people were skipping jobs because everyone was paying so much. After the bubble burst, alot of those people are now unemployed or starting out on lower rungs in companies.

  2. If it helps you to move up in terms of your wage, position and your working experience, it would be perfectly fine.

  3. Nothing wrong, now a days companies not following ethics, why we should follow

  4. If u change job for monetary benefit, it is short time gain, but u can not have long term gain of security of job and benefit of job of company which is gainer for you for long term.

  5. The only reason I say it's not a good thing to do is because it's going to go on your resume and when employers see that you've bounced around and havent been stable they will question your seriousness. I know, I am a manager who hires employees all the time.

  6. You owe the company nothing- change for any reason you wish- better pay, benefits, or working conditions just because you feel like it. Just like they owe you nothing, and can downsize your job just for their bottom line, or to hire their brother-in-law. In today's world, you will not work 30 years for a company and then retire, those days are history, now.

  7. Financially you may be benefited for a short term. Overall I feel you should stick to one company for a reasonable period of 4/5 years before switching jobs. This way your profile carries weight and merit for serious consideration. A profile depicting your working for a short while in many companies send a signal that you may not be stable. Employing companies spend considerable time and money to mould you to their specific requirement and if an employee is not stable this expense goes down the drain. Prospective employers do look for stability.

  8. you can change if you got advantages in all factors and not freequently, normally you can change in 3 to 5 year period
