Suggest me a good course.?

i going to apply for an american student visa.

i have done bachelors in business administration.

kindly give me some suggestion on which course should i go for.

any course in which i dont have enough pressure on me , because i dont want to study hard and want to earn some money as well.

u can try bio-medical engineering.  its a good easy course. and your BA will complement it
