A real treat, La Stampa, city centre. You'll need to book at least a month ahead, though,and it's a bit pricy at around €60 per person. Otherwise, head over the penny bridge  and through the alleys to find lots of informal, late opening great foodie places, especially good spanish tapas bars, believe it or not!

I know these aren't Indian, but you've already got some good info on those.
