KHYBER.-(high budget)  Khyber has opened a branch of their flagship Kala Ghoda restaurant in Khar. It is tucked away in a lane behind Ramee Guestline/Irish pub/Mah Jong on SV Road. It honestly serves the best North Indian food in the suburbs. Excellent food overall especially the kebabs and biryani.

JUST BIRYANI - (medium budget) Shop No.4 & 5, Building No. 25, Link Road Extn., Oshiwara, Mumbai

GOVINDA - (medium budget) At Juhu, in the premises of ISKON Temple.  Excellent veg food.  They usually have a buffet for dinner and the variety is amazing.  Also the food is light on the stomach and since its management is the ISKON Group they do not put any Garlic or onions in their food.  But believe it or not the food still tastes amazing.
