Does anyone know a good way to play it? Whether from books or your own experience?

Thanks!

  1. I've found that the most easy, and melodic, way to play "Fur Elise" is to play it in the key of Am. Let your little finger do much of the picking of the required Eb notes in the fourth fret, second string. Striking the first string open, then hitting the second string, fourth fret, will give you the desired effect of the main lead to the song.

The second chord and fingerings are in E7. The chorus portion will use the chords of C, G, F, and E.

    Try it; you'll like it.
