Go to the dollar store and buy bulk toothbrushes, and get tooth paste from walmart -2 for a dollar-. We also bring school supplies, also from the dollar store, lots of pencils, pens paper etc. I also buy those goody bags for birthdays, and fill about 100 or so and hand them out to the kids. We put candy, the toothbrushes, toothpaste, hair barrets, toy cars crayons, straws, balloons. etc in the bags. Best advice go to the dollar store!!! We usually look for a local orphanage or school to donate to first, then give the rest out to the kids begging on the street. Have fun, and Im glad im not the only one who does this!!!
