  1. Depending on your playing style, you should use different kinds of racquets.

For example, if you have a spin heavy game, it wouldn't make much sense to buy a racquet with a dense string pattern.  You can find out more information from the page on the bottom.. They provide detailed information about racquets as well as prices and a learning center

  2. Most newer rackets aren't below 100 dollars. The usual racket is between 100 and 200. To answer your question, it entirely depends on you. I'd recommend going to www.tennis-warehouse.com and demoing a few different weight ranges like 9.0 ounces to 10.0 ounces. Then 10.1 - 11 ounces. Then 11.1 and up. Some good 9.0 - 10.0 are the Wilson K-Five and the Babolat NS series. Some good 10.1 - 11.0 are the Wilson K-Surge and K-Six Two. Some good 11.1 and up are the Babolat Pure Drive series and the Pure Storm series. There really are too many to list. If you spend some time checking out the website, you'll find some good rackets. Good Luck!!
