Suggestion for Cable and High Speed Internet in Fairfield Cty, CT?

I am moving to the area, and understand that there is competition for cable and internet service (not the case where I'm currently from).

Can you please suggest the best option(s)?

I use Brighthouse. They do fine for me. Use them for the net, phone and cable.
