You might have a tough time finding reasonably priced hotels in these cities during the games. Look at www.hrs.de and check surrounding cities for vacancies. Transportation via train (www.bahn.de) to both cities is no problem.

There is a very nice, clean and cheap chain that is called etap. The prices go from 29 up to 60 euros per night depending on the city. www.etaphotel.com

They have in all the cities where the futball games are going to be played.....
