Suggestion for a good restaurant/ hotel to hold company lunch?

Need a nice place to organise a company lunch.. location must be able to accomodate 150 people. Prefer western or chinese menu.

Pearl River Palace in Suntec City.  The price is reasonable and the food better than what most hotel resturants offer.  The location near the convention center, shopping centers and public transport is ideal.

It serves mostly Chinese wedding type food in a buffet or course setting.

150 is just about right.

with 150 ppl you could be able to get a hotel catering team to help organise a dinner for you within the hotel's function room. if you're looking at chinese food. maybe you could try either oriental, four seasons, regent or even conrad. they've all got really reputable chinese food!

personally, i feel that for better tasting food,  you could request for the dinner to be held in the restaurant itself. but it might require a rather high budget if you wish to book the whole dining hall. try calling for some quotations and menus

I'd do a hotel banquet.  150 is a lot of people.  Have buffet lines for both Western and Chinese.  Or offer four different entrees: two Chinese and two Western.  I'd try the Hilton or Marriott, which will have excellent food.

try the leading hotels in singapore. They have lunch banquet that can accomodate that much of people.

Mount faber is a great place to begin with. Great for communication as well

For the atmosphere, I would hold it at Raffles.  Everyone can appreciate it.  It isn't your average, or boring, hotel banquet center.  I would hold it in the courtyard restaurant area.
