Suggestion on phone card?

Hey there!! I need to know which phone card is best to call from the U.S.A to Bogota - Colombia.

Please tell me what should I look for when shopping online, maybe you can suggest a good web page where I can find lots info and good options.

Calling from USA to Colombia, the best rate is 3.7 cents / min with maintenance fee, or 4.5 cents / min without maintenance fee.

When you look for calling cards, connetcion fee will be the most expensive one, so do not choose one with connection fee if you have other choices. But if you will use up the calling card one time calling, you can choose the one with connection fee.

P.S. Connection fee will be charged each time you connect a call. Maintenance fee will be charged regularly, i.e. weekly, bi-weekly ect..
