sometimes i am negative.....

I want to be positive person!

would you give me some advice, please?

  1. everybody feels negative sometimes, it's just part of life. There's heaps of things you can do to stop feeling negative, or to just feel better, like going for walks. Exercise is a natural way to stop feeling stressed and when I go for walks, the fresh air and calmness always makes me feel better.

    If that doesn't work, singing does. Even if you sound worse than a dying moose, its a good way to feel better. I say go somewhere you can be alone and just sing at the top of your lungs.

    Apart from that all I can suggest is taking a deep breath and trying to remember that life is full of beauty and surprises. Sounds cliche and corny but it makes me feel better. Hope it works, good luck!


  2. Believe, Practice and re-iterate...that you are positive...

    Don't do any actions that brings your self esteen down or makes you feel negative

    Keep high self-esteem and integrity...

    All the time? Why?  Peer pressure?  I'm going to go out on a limb and assume you are not irrationally depressed. As long as you feel happy and positive some or most of the time, then things are as they should be.

    You may have every reason to be negative about some things some of the time.  Don't fall into that new-age nonsense of thinking everything's just great while your house burns around you.  Feeling cynical, skeptical...negative in short is an important adaptation.  It keeps you on your feet, sharp and clever. Feeling positive and happy all the time is for morons.

When something happens and you begin to be negative, think to yourself  "well, atleast I ......................." and finish it off with something good in your life.    Try smiling at evryone that makes eye contact with you for one whole day.  You will be surprised at what happens.  Might even have some great conversations with people you would have otherwise never met.  Good Luck!    

  9. try reading the book of norman vincent peale The Power of Positive Thinking.try also to do some meditations or yoga.  be active and be in company with happy and inspired people. get some hobby that will keep you away from boredom, if you are occupied, negative vibration will not set in. do a lot of exercise and look around you, there are lot of things that will make you happy and keep you in positive moods.enjoy life...
