Suggestions for Outdoor Party Location in Singapore?

Need a good cool n relax location to host a party around 100 pax. Of course, budget is restricted.. but try to suggest still... thanks! Tell me your experience if you have any good caterers too..

Rasa Sentosa have a very nice seaview garden and they have their in-house caterers

Raffles Hotel and Alkaff mansions cater to outdoor parties  but if you do not have that budget then some pte condo with pool and get a caterer to come in and fix the food ?

Best is someplace with a multi storey carpark in case it rains ?
