Suggestions for PS3 games

Question

My friend is coming over tomorrow since I bought a ps3 about a month ago and a hdtv and he wants to play it. So I am going to go to blockbuster before he comes to choose some games to rent, any suggestions? Doesn't have to be multiplayer preferred though.

P.S. I already have GTA 4 Uncharted Rock Band Ratchet & Clank MGS4 and Motorstorm.

if you can download tekken 5 dark resurrection online from the PS Store for only $30 or $40 not sure.....

also if you can download warhawk for the same price...

Unreal Tournament 3, its more of a sports game than COD 4.
