  1. There is a ton of stuff you can do!! The sky's the limit, really.

    - if they are digital pictures, you can go to shutterfly.com and make yourself a nice picture album. They have a travel themed one. Google for codes or they even may have specials going on.

    - you could buy a travel ablum kit, where everything you need is provided for you. I know there is a Die Cuts with a View Scrapbook kit in a stack in a Travel theme. You get cardstock, papers, stickers, quotes. Or you could get a pre-made album and just add your journalling and pictures.

    - Another option is to do photo album scrapbooking. Buy a 2-up album. Cut cardstock into 4x6 blocks (so they can fit into the photo sleeves). you can add journalling, embellishments on these blocks to tell your story. Then slip in your pictures along with these journalling and there you go!

Last tip - check out Simple Scrapbooks magazines or their website. They have a formula worksheet that can help you arrange your album.

    Good luck! And have fun!

  2. Burn the pics that you don't use onto a CD and make the last page of the scrapbook into a decorated page with an envelope to hold that CD attached.

  3. well, if you went to a pool, put pool stickers. if you went on a plane, have a speacial page with things like "On the Plane".  and other things like that. you need somewere around 50 or 100 dollers though. you will need lots of stickers!

  4. Make sure you have alot of money - scrapbooking is very expensive!

Scrapbooking is my hobby, i've been doing it for over 3 years now and would have spent at least $5000.

Take your time, don't over-crowd pages and do lots of journalling! The way i see it is that when your 80 odd and can't remember what you had for breakfeast at least you can look and read exactly what you did at that time!

And date everything too. You will want to remember what day you did everything.

  5. Go to a scrap booking store and  see if there's a class ;)))
