I am hoping to make a "Tuna" casserole for dinner tonight but have never cooked with a tuna substitute. This is the recipe I might use as a template. I'm changing a few things around to make it healthier:http://allrecipes.com/Recipe/Tuna-Noodle-Casserole-from-Scratch/Detail.aspxDo you have to modify the cooking times when using the tuna substitutes or just follow the directions?
