Suggestions for a short story to read in english 102?

The first site below has four stories on line -all British English. The second site has several classic short stories.  Personally, I would also choose any short story by Edgar Allen Poe, Mark Twain, O. Henry or Isaac Asimov  ( that is a variety for you!)
