Suggestions for bars, clubs and restaurants in Rome, Italy?

Im goint to Rome, Venice, and Tuscanny on December 14 and am looking for some good recommendations on bars, clubs, and restaurants.

you can buy lonely planet travel guide, it's very well done for Italy.

In Rome you can buy ROMA C'E'  paper and you can find many restourant open bar pub disco and the scheduled events of the week

Cause rome is not so little it' difficoult to say were to go

Meo Patacca is folk restourant in trastevere and there is not so far a good greek

Insalata ricca is spread all around and it is pretty good if you like salad,

in S. Giovanni/ via taranto there is Avalon Pub, amusing you can drink Merlino's spiced wine for example.

itoya is good japanese in viale regina margherita

with 11 euros lunch

For dance there is Alfeus near to san paolo, an other is the Cube, near to portonaccio, 3 floor, people interesting to see

first for r&b, rap, ....

second rock, metal and 3rd  vampire, emo, goth

on internet you can see on

TROVAROMA.it, but only week for week

In Rome, Campo de Fiori is a good place to go bar hopping -- Testaccio is where a lot of the clubs are and Trastevere has lots of good restaurants and night life. It's really worth springing for a Time Out guide to Rome for that sort of stuff and their website is good. There is a lot to chose from in Rome.
