Suggestions for birthday?

can someone please provide some restaurants that would be good for a birthday dinner (good atmosphere) for a teenager where getting alcohol would not be a problem? in new york city? ...preferably not too expensive but not a huge problem if it is

olive garden. or any chinease place. cause they dont check id's

Try Chinese restaurant-it's usually plenty of food, cheap, the service is nice, and if you like chinese atmosphere-there you go, you found a great place!
