Suggestions for movies with/about the Grim Reaper?

Question

I want to watch a movie online about a reaper or, you know, something cool or supernatural.

I love Dead like Me. (I know it's a TV show)

Something about angels or demons or the devil would be cool, I find them interesting. I haven't gotten around to watching it yet, but I want to watch the Prophecy.

PS I'd prefer a link to the sight, but just a title would be okay. Also, I enjoy a range of movies, but right now, I kinda want something maybe more funny.

Bill And Ted's Bogus Journey - Death plays a major part.

In literature, read "Reaper Man" by Terry Pratchett. Or watch "Hogfather" where Death plays the Santa Claus of the Discworld.  It is really pretty good, but better if you read the novel first.
