Suggestions for- prizes/incentives to reward staff and students,in recycling/green scheme?

hmmm some of the environmental groups have "adopt an endangered wild critter" programs.  i think it was from Defenders of Wildlife i got an "adopt a wolf" for a friend's child for Christmas, it came with a little stuffed wolf toy.   they had a lot of other species you could adopt.  and i adopted a manatee for awhile. the adoption package came with a adoption certificate, a pic of "Louie" and his life story.   if i remember correctly the adoption fees for these programs was $25 which, of course, goes to the conservation efforts for the species of choice.

When ever you guys get a certain amount of recycled product (weight) you host a special day (day off, pizza party, etc.)

incentive - harder. how about using money from recycled cans/bottles for a little organic food party? Set a goal amount, then when its reached, party
