Suggestions for side dish with Mexi-mac

I cook mexi-mac on a normal basis but I think I want to add a side to it. I know it's not all fancy and stuff but my mexi-mac is pretty good, and simple. Any one got any side dish ideas? Something as easy as the dish itself.

I agree with the first lady. I would either have chips and salsa or a nice side salad with it.
