Suggestions for smells???????

i know this may sound a little shallow.. but i have a friend who smells REALLLY bad all the time. its been like this for a few years now. but i feel bad telling her. for example if she slept over my house and that day we went running and got sweaty.. she would be like oh i dont need a shower i took one this morning. she dosn't get it.. i want to help her becasue some people make fun of her for it and i feel really bad.

You really should tell her that she has poor hygiene. It's hard to say it in a way that won't offend her but the thing is, at the end, tell her you're her friend and you're not trying to hurt her feelings. Tell her that she needs to take care of herself more or people around her will never approach her. Be genuine and tell her that you're being a friend who can be honest and that this comment is to help her. Why would a friend hurt another friend's feelings for no reason right? Hope this helps.

if yer really close...the next time u guys go runnin or sumin n she smells say sumin like girl yer perspiration is kickin( in a jokin kinda way) i think we both need to hit the showers.

if u arent that close the next time u smell her try:

kim(for example) could i talk to u a sec...im not quite sure how to say this but i can smell yer perspiration and ppl have been sayin the same thing so since we're frens i thought id bring it to yer attention cus thas wat id want a fren to do for me. hope u arent offended. *then shut up n if she says nuttin say u g2g n call her or sumin later..she may b embaressed n need time to get over it*
