Suggestions of football pick em league

I'm trying to set up a football pick em and i need some suggestions on how to do it weekly winner and overall not ranked picks max amount should be around 60 bucks for everything give me something

Yahoo has a good pick'em system - just look under fantasy sports.  You don't need to have confidence picks or anything like that - and you can also choose to use the spread (makes it much more interesting)
